This is probably how the Samsung Galaxy SIII is going to look like, even so this is just another rumor!

or, wich seem more realistic 4,8inches with a 1920x1080 resolution
Battery 1750 mAh + change able (unlickely compared to the iPhone models)
Size 131 x 64 x 8 mm, Samsung Galaxy S3 will probably weight 125g (gramms)
CPU set to quatrocore with each 1,5 GHz + 1GB of Rams
16GB &/or 32GB USB memory version + extendable with Micro SD (intern mem/USB mem size unknown yet)
Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA & HDMI-out
Phones device-code should be GT-I9300
